I stay in one of those high rise apartments built by the government. For good or bad, I stay at the fifth story and right on the ground floor is the barbecue pit. It is one of the most popular places for people living in the neighborhood to hang out and also hold any gatherings. There are countless house warming, and birthday parties being celebrated there. Sometimes, people just hold a event for no particular occasion.

No matter the occasion, there will always be the wondrous smell of the meat being barbecued and all the food being grilled. Now, besides Sushi, Laksa, Chicken Rice and a few other kinds of food which I love, the other one would be Barbecued meat. I remember loving the smell and the sizzling sound of the tender meat slowly being cooked, so much so that I literally just stood at the pit and BBQ the entire evening for one of my friend’s birthday party.

However, after the whole affair, the most dreaded thing on the agenda is here. Yes the cleaning up. Being the youngsters that we are all, I bet some of them would actually wished that their parent are here to help to clear up the mess while they continue to party on through the night. Thus, if only there was a tool that is easy to setup and use and then also easy to clean up, at the same time, it does not compromise so much on the whole BBQ gathering experience. If only such a thing exist.

2) Hot pot (Great for steamboat, however you need to get the pot separately)
