When I order a cup of coffee in a coffee shop, you can hear the one taking the order screaming at the top of their voice back at the counter, "Kopi-O!". In just a short moment, the guy returns with a cup of coffee. With my eyes still on the television provided, I took the cup and took a sip without a thought. Now this is what happens in Singapore's Kopi-Tiam (coffeeshop). Although its name suggest selling coffee, it definitely does not emphasize so much on coffee at all.

However, coffee is a drink that can be served on many levels, from root level like for me, to really high class. Another form of coffee would have to be the expresso, which is made by professional beverage makers. I for once, would look before I drink it. Or sometimes, I wouldn't bear to drink it.
